   1 hit is better. There aren't many drugs that taking 2 at once as opposed to 1 back to back is going to make any difference. My lungs are CUCKED so I take miniature hits of pot marijuana. A 'loaded bowl' to me would have been smoked in 4-5 monster rips to me back in the day, now the same bowl will last me 15 hits which I take over the course of an hour or two and achieve mostly the same high.

   Assuming you've waited long enough that your tolerance is near-zero I actually think one 100-150ug tab is better than two depending on what you're after. I find it's more cerebral, more connected to your day to day experience. One hit makes me feel like a normal person in a strange wonderful place, two tabs makes me feel like a strange thing in no particular place which can be more profound but is really pretty divorced from the world that I'm taking acid to feel closer to.
