   13 months and I had to invest a total of $800k to get a $90k profit. The place needed mostly all new refrigeration and several other things like 60 plus new chairs/stools, 10 heaters for the patio, new plates/bowels ect, so in addition to the $650k I paid I put another $150k into, I sold it for $900k and after closing costs and paying off the purchase agreement ect I netted a few hundred over $90k.
