It works like this. White guy gets a 96. White woman gets an 86 and 10 points for being a woman. Black woman gets a 76 and get 10 points for being a woman plus 10 points for being black. Black woman gets the job.
That is exactly how it works in the U.S. civil service. 75 is the minimum passing score on any federal civil service exam. Any black female applicant who gets a minimum passing score gets treated for hiring preference as if she scored 95. If she ties or beats a white man with her 20 bonus points she gets hired not the most qualified person. It is racial and sexual discrimination. -

what a retarded argument
DEI was basically an extension of affirmative action, forcing companies and government groups to maintain a quota of minorities, regardless of whether they're qualified or capable of the role.

2025-02-10 at 5:31 AM UTCthe big term in the 90s and 2000s was 'equal opportunity', the (communistic) idea that everyone is the same and that given the same opportunities and training, they want the same things and are capable of the same achievements.
it failed miserably, which is why you don't hear the term anymore and instead they use 'equity'. giving people 'equal opportunities' didn't work so they're trying to force 'equal outcomes'. -

He's not arguing, what he says doesn't make sense, he just keeps changing the topic and stating things that are irrelevant, and then becomes abusive so it looks like he wins when really people don't want to engage with someone who's abusive. His hatred of women extends to girls, he's been trying to get Crispy to doubt herself. He's a sadist and can only get away on picking on the vulnerable whom no one else will stand up for. -

2025-02-10 at 3:38 PM UTCIt's called gaslighting when an abuser tries to make someone doubt their perception of the world and themselves and their intelligence. Aldra has been trying to destroy my ego for years. The fact he uses these tactics on the most vulnerable people here says a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if he was Haxxor's alt.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!
