   It's a mental game done by gang stalkers who use keywords and loop them in sequence and monitor your breathing stress levels and they show up in repetitive orders like a SINE wave where they come at you high with annoyance then low points where they barely show up and during this period say random things not related to you and then come at you again.
   
   the purpose of this is Black-Op psychology to try and scare you off if you have something on someone they don't like. Something that could get a group of people (into trouble) or someone in the group they made a pact to protect at all cost. forming a network like this and always denying accountability for wrong doing is looping.
   
   of course it also is something you see in GIF files which kind of represents the same thing
