It's kind of like during the Earthquake of 1989.. I was in a protable building on landfill.. and that amplified the quake and I felt like I was walking on wave crashing to shore getting slammed into a giant rock.
I walked outside of this building and saw shitloads of smoke coming from the Oakland side of the bay
It was the Cypress and the next morning I visited it to see a giant truck parked on the one section not caved in while running into People just outside of the American Steel building (Which I knew) they work for American Steel and told me what it was like being inside, running outside and seeing everything just come crashing down.. throwing bits of road towards their way.. trying to jump out of the way. the street that replaced the double decker highway is pretty .. adorn with a dog walk like park that's a mile long and 50 feet wide, with pretty little birds of prey flowers and I think a few Palm trees here and there. I was looking for the Lone White House that was leaning to the side.. I guess they tore it down.. too bad, it was a beautiful miniature Victorian style structure. Ahh the Quake finished of the 80s the way it came in. Another not so known big 6.2 quake.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
