    This reminds me of the time I found a large chunk of almond verbena branch stuck in my elbow. It took a few days to start hurting till I noticed it. It was too jagged to simply pull it out and the skin around it looked kind of necrotic so I had to cut that skin off to pull it out
    
    It was huge. Left a nice scar. The knife I used wasnt clean and it was just barely sharp enough.
