which is not a bottle of medication from a pharmacy but a specifically marketed product telling you to abuse it on the label. Where does this come from?

there appears to be no address or company name on the label but the lid does say "raspberry bubblegum pink". Googling that with 'lean concentrate' turns up this picture
"leanuklabs" on google turns up very interesting results and this seems to be the origin of the product

How do you get bulk amounts of regulated medicines in the UK..but think about it, it makes sense that they would be fucking with codeiene since the CWE scene is mostly there
maybe they have a bunch of chavs buying this shit from ye olde pharmacy and they are mixing it in a basement old school style

2025-02-08 at 5:36 PM UTCGrowing up we didn't have any money for promethazine or codeine syrup so we used to use this recipe with delsym cough syrup like bundy. I never did the jolly ranchers. I just prefer mine with sprite.

As it turns out, Cal's already been emailing with "Shark Tank" about his $50, made-in America, surgical-grade Bayer plastic double cup that's been spotted in the hands of superstars like Rick Ross, Future, and Lil Wayne himself.
"I was a lean drinker myself and a part of that culture, and I just had an idea that, you know, like, what if somebody made a plastic double cup?" he explained of the Slomocup's origins. He confided, "When I had the idea I was, like, extremely high." Typically, lean is consumed out of two double stacked Stryofoam cups for two main reasons: one, it keeps the ice in your lean cold, and two, your purple or red lean can leak through the pores in the foam, but if you double cup it, it won't. So, Cal figured, why not doing something better? Why not create a cup that you could keep forever, one you could customize with art, one that would say to the world, I'm serious about whatever it is I'm sippin' from this cup?
I'll tell you why it's because of those British regularory DEA hebrews keeping the white man down but according to the laws of capitalism anyone is allowed to sell anything so they can get fucked
