happened twice. but I'm told thats not true. its random but the letters tell cops what kind of car it is and if someone steals plates from a car not exactly theirs it would alert a police who studied his plates and make and model's properly
now they just use plate readers (Brave New World.. slowly slowly.. now a law)
Release all of the WUO players but Ted Kosinski dies in prison :( for similar crimes. how does that work exactly? -
