I saw a video of this old mayo, probably selling his meds, sitting in his car, another car pulls past younger mayo gets out running up to the car with a gun, old mayo shoots him, gets out of the car, looks like he finishes him off while he's dying and shitting on himself and starts shooting at the car.
First of all I don't respect any of these "stand your ground" assholes. It doesn't take any balls to kill somebody when you (think) you have a get out of jail free card. You usually don't, your dumbass calls the police on yourself and they'll probably find something to charge you with. From the video, I would say second degree murder. Only cops get away with killing whoever they want. If I kill somebody trying to rob me, I'm leaving and the pigs will have to have some proof I was there before I start worrying about trying to get off on self defense. It's this belief that makes these people so willing to kill somebody when usually the dumbass robber wouldn't even shoot worried about turning it into a murder.
But I robbed people when I was younger. I've pulled guns on people to get them to do what I wanted throughout my life, and I wasn't doing it to be dramatic. You do what I say or you're getting shot. Maybe one below your waist if you need some encouragement, but if I'm robbing you I already have the drop on you, and I was just as trigger happy as these idiots. Even if the person was more paranoid than most, you still decide when it happens so you still have an advantage and if he was already ready you were broadcasting it.
So yeah stop doing this dumb shit...or keep getting killed ig.

And for the stand ur ground assholes, if you want to kill somebody so bad, and you have any balls you would just go do it. Not wait for a situation where you think there won't be any consequences.

what are you even trying to argue here? that the old man shouldnt be allowed to protect himself? that the robber should've been willing and ready to murder an old man if he was planning on robbing him?
the vast majority of criminals are stupid or they lack the proper impulse control to actually follow through any well thought out plan. everybody has a plan until you realise the car you're trying to steal is a manual and daddy never tought you stick and that old lady in the house turns out to be the proud owner of a remington 870.
basically i'm saying if this guy were smart he'd be sticking up a dope boy and not some old man in the parking lot. maybe thats what you're trying to say too?
