Though in theory I will state Gulf of America should be changed to Gulf of North America so it's inclusive to Canada and Mexico along with the USA. or just make it simple and leave it at Gulf of Mexico as it has been since the start of this Country.
The bulk of the Gulf borders mexico coastline not the USA. like 3/4ths or 2/3rds of it. get a ruler and a proper map and do the Math. Mexico wins on that.

I agree because it's big brother, but to use Facial Recognition (if there is a data bank) on criminals from other nations or association of drug cartel..etc then that should be allowed because they're not US Citizens and big brother laws don't apply.
