Spiritually, u have access to all but u have to be aware to take hold of it. If u fill up ur whole breath, as deep as u can, and bring it up from ur belly to ur spine & bring that same breath along ur spine to ur middle, ur center & work it up up up into ur head. It’s a challenge, because u feel like ur fighting ur resistance, ur not relax into it but keep pushing focusing on a central point in the middle of ur head, or specifically between ur eyes. I think this will help
