the thing is Victor only had one son who lived in Sacramento and died not long ago. I don't think he had kids (not legit) and this Victor lived with his Mom. maybe he was illegit
Doing Uber I dropped some young folks off on 42 I think in the Sunset district which one of them mentioned Victors name running a Studio. like they were gaslighting me. they spilled PBR in my car.
