Got a speeding ticket

   Had three when I was young but got out of all of them.
   
   #1 Cop didn't show up.
   #2 Cross examined the lady cop who paced me from behind. Asked if she were being tailgated, would she speed up or slow down? Judge must have thought it was a good question cuz he let me go.
   #3 Black judge. He let everyone off.
   
   After that, always had my radar detector. Saved me a hundred times.
   
   But I'm retired and don't drive much and speeding isn't much fun anymore. Got caught in a speed zone set up for that purpose. Had just come off the highway so had not adjusted.
   
   Waiting for my summons. Have lots of questions.
   
   Got out the old Beltronics. Never gonna be without it.

   Make sure to take care of those. in my early - mid 20 I just figured they'd go away. Probably 6 months later a warrant officer is driving ahead of me. i check me speed and drive casually. All of the sudden he speeds off the next exit. I breath a sigh of relief but then he pulled a Super Trooper and somehow he was behind me. Lights go on and I pull over. Apparently I had 3k worth of fines built up. He said if I could pay 700 hed let me go. Thankfully I had just started 3 jobs that all paid cash, so I was able to do. It a good thing. i would probably have got fired from all 3 and my new gf (the whore who introduced me to drugs :/) said she would have broken up with me too

   it's legal to speed the government just charges a luxury tax
