Yo this is messed up because I got like 3 computer and phones but im at my friends house and tried to sign into my account on his phone now its saying
"There's been suspicious activity on your Google Account. For your protection, you need to change your password. Create a new, strong password that you don't use for other websites."
So am I fucked now or what?. I just wanted to play music.

This is Google doing due diligence. When they see you are trying to log in from a location you don't usually log in from they will want confirmation it's actually you. Try to reset your password, see what happens.

Be careful though and make sure the link is actually to Google. Sometimes phishing email will send these out with a link to a similar site where they capture your password.
But it's likely like others said.
