   it actually came out before the matrix, had similar themes but was a totally different movie. the matrix actually ended up using a lot of the set pieces originally made for dark city. have you seen it?

   Sphere? No, totally fucked the whole up. Not quite as bad as Congo but still underwhelming. And yeah, I know jurassic park wasn't true to the novel but they made it work
