If you have the funds, see a dentist, ask what you could do about your teeth. Once you know, try to set a routine for brushing your teeth and flossing at least once a day, if you can get that down then try brushing more often. Use toothpaste that strengthens your teeth and keeps thems healthy. Just because they’re fucked up now doesn’t mean they have to keep being fucked up yah

Yeah, from my neglect and smoking, my tooths are kinda jacked too. I just had real deep cleaning, with lasers and power drills buy I still need a lot of work. Already had one root canal, due for at least 4 or 5 more buy I an working on them finally

Damn. Well with the root canals insurance is covering a lot, I'm putting up 300 a pop out of pocket. I see my dentist next month, I'll bring it up
