Some people irritate me with how they speak, but I have noticed it's mostly males.

2025-01-10 at 7:50 PM UTCYou know I find it really kinda frustrating talking with someone from like Appalacia and not like Polecat or Crispy but like where they are speaking English but on documentaries they still put the subtitles in English under them when they talk.
I've gotten used to Hispanic males with thick accents too.
And of course the African American segment talks a little different but thanks to rap music I can understand that pretty well.
I don't know many Asians so that shit don't bother me I like how all their voices are super high though.
But in women I really like when they have some form of an accent, like Truckergut's Southern TWANG, Crispy's accent comes out sometimes when she yells at people, my girlfriend is from Latin America I think taht's kinda hot, there was this black girl I used to fuck with heavy and she talked like she was from the hood for real.
On men it's kinda inconvenient and at some points annoying but I mean you have to accept people for who they are so it don't really bother me just kinda irks me a bit.
With women though it's kinda endearing. I'm not sure why. Like I'd almost rather hear a woman speak with an accent rather than like where I am from (North Midwest, almost no accent--of course you are tone-deaf to your own accent and people say I talk like I"m in the movie Fargo so idk)
but I kinda like talking to women and hearing their accent be it hood, southbelle, Caroliner, Latin, or even that Haitian creole. I think when people talk like black black like AFrica black it's kinda interesting in women. As I said I don't know many Asian women and the ones I have known were very very anglicized/Americanized and didn't really have that ethic sound that makes me partial to them but I'm sure I would like that shit too.
My other ex was Lebanese-French and raised in France so she had this cool sounding accent when she talked to. All of it makes me kinda enamored, I guess would be the right term?
On men it's irritating and makes for difficult conversation and is not a preference, on women it is definitely a preference.
My girlfriend says i'm very yute for instance and I like that very much, I tell her she's yute too. -
