Sounds like a smart solution dude. It's either that or buy a 300 dollar coffee maker that brews coffee on a clock and only does keurig pods.
Get a great big container of Folger's and you're set dude. Enjoy.
I've seen 2 cup coffee pots at Walmart for like 9.98. Shit's crazy how cheap they can be even at good quality. It's like TV's. -

*Coffee stays on for 4 hrs instead of 2 as with Black and Decker
*Don't have to reset clock and timer when someone unplugs it or power goes out
*Don't have to set clock twice a year for DST
*Don't have to push the Start Program button
*No worries about my relatives breaking it since it's only $12.87
Cons:
If I leave the house with the pot on, it won't turn off until 11AM the next day. At least that's some peace of mind when you go on vacation. Actually, you can check its status and turn it off via the app. In fact, you could just turn it on from bed and have it fresh brewed. -

Eliminate the most boring 15 secs of the day. Set the pot in think sink and fill it while you add the coffee. -

but if it overflows while i'm still adding the coffee than there will water all down the sides of the coffee pot which will cook off on the hotplate and stress the glass -
2025-01-18 at 5:35 PM UTCI'm thinking about putting these plugs on the main lights that I have to turn off at night so I can just turn them all off at once
