   There would be the appeal of making friends with other men and having better luck attracting women. It would also be a way of protesting. The best protests require the least effort. Since I'm not a man though I don't know if this would appeal to liberal men.

   Where I live, lots of people join running clubs to meet partners. I think it's sad. Literally having to run blocks. Walking/standing around is easier and that's what anti-rape squads will do. I can also see them being invited to parties so women feel safer.
