As usual I was looking to do this but felt bad about profiteering over the loss of others but then when I was looking to keep it and not profit someone else came in and purchased. but some of the lots came with water lines and sewer undamaged. suddenly property after property got bought up super quick on Zillow.
I'm guessing it was Blackrock.
and lately the Government filed lawsuits against other Blackrock'esque companies but not Blackrock themselves.
