   So, if i sit at a park all day doing nothing, would someone come up to me and offer drugs?
   The DARE program says it will happen, but i want to know before i sit in the snow for 10 hours freezing my ass off.
   If a park isnt a good place, where do i sit to get offered drugs? Do i bring my money too?

   No, you'd have to go to downtown and find people posted up outside of liquor/convenience stores. Probably be able to get some crack doing that, don't though. Anything you are buying off the street corner is bottom of the barrel garbage anyways and not worth the cash. If someone sold to you you would be extremely lucky, and where you're at you probably don't have a lot of people slinging on the block anyways.

   At a park? Probably not. There might be some kids smoking weed and they probably won’t let you participate. Skate parks are good spots to hang out, plus you’re a girl so nobody really cares if you’re not skating. Usually there is a steady stream of petty amounts of drugs and alcohol coming and going from skateparks.
   But the big thing is to get out and ask people!!! You won’t know if you don’t ask!!
