So as many of you have heard a lot of fat guys have this basis by which they think they can turn their fat into muscle. Like they're going to get lean while putting on muscle and then end up with this perfect body.
Bullshit.
You end up with a muscular fat guy.
As i get closer towards my original goal of rail thin (165, 6'1, 28x36 waist) I am thinking about back swinging the weight by adding lean muscle. Pushing the 165 back up to about 185.
Most of the time this bulking I've done through what is known as dirty bulking and done while incarcerated both times. Lotta beans and carbs and you end up both significantly stronger but also kinda chubby.
Now the difference is I have time and money. In pointing out to Truckergut that she pretty much chooses to look like shit given that she has the money for any diet and a personal trainer I realized you know I also have money for these things.
So when I get down another 13lb i think I'm going to start doing the body weight calisthenics that really make up the core of lean muscle development and then eventually move on to getting a personal trainer.
A lot of tuna chicken breast and vegetables.
I bought an air dryer yesterday too.
The goal will be to get as skinny as possible which i feel like I've really made a good progression in and then maintain the waist size as I push my body to put on 10 to 25lb of lean muscle.
The emphasis on lean is key. Having lost 30lb my penis is about an inch larger.
I have always deeply appreciated the look of skeleton holding a sub sandwich over his cock.

I got time and money so I want to get a really nice body, busy fatass loads and have a degree of fitness that reflects a great deal of self discipline and my loyalty to my God.

The idea behind bulking up is getting protein while spiking your insulin by eating carbs too.
Thing is though, protein on it's own raises insulin just not as much. It probably depends a lot on your body, but I think it's possible to put on muscle while simultaneously losing fat by not eating many carbs. Pretty sure I did it when I was younger, but I do eat carbs and shit now if I'm trying to put on muscle. I feel like it would be harder doing that being older. Like I said I think it depends a lot on the person but it's possible to do it.

Losing weight gives you a bigger dick, less fat surrounding it can add an inch, probably more as you lose less. Since you had a big un at 200lbs, when you lose and become lean you’ll probably have those big nigger dicks on a white guy. Girls will be all over you bradley!
