Grayanotoxin is a neurotoxin. I am interested in trying plant based toxins like curare and aconitine.
A lot of them are mostly useful as muscle relaxants and have been investigated in the past for use in medical settings but have too many side effects.
Nobody has ever really tried to turn them into drugs though. Heroin is so easy to make and it's been around forever and there is almost zero research in making plant based psychoactive substances. The secrets of the universe are out there. Nature is full of all kinds of crazy things we don't even know about.
