im going to try my hand (get it) at abstinence from all forms of pornography and jerking off. the main reason i want to make this lifestyle change is because i now have a pretty girl in my life who likes having sex with me and i want to have lots of good seggs with her and porn undercuts my libido in that area. also fentanyl but i digress. i deleted all of my porn stored on my NAS, which came out to 10.53 terabytes. i have a few external hard drives and cloud storage accounts that need to be purged by i think im on the right track. need to go through my bookmarks and cleanse those. i'll update with my progress or lack thereof.

If you have a girl you have sex with...that you want to keep around, abstinence from masturbation is probably a good idea.
Then again I think I read for testosterone it's best to ejaculate like once a week. And that wouldn't be great for keeping her around either.
