   apparently someone was in it when it exploded, and given that it was parked rather than driving into a crowd/building it seems likely that they weren't involved, which implies that the explosives were placed there without their knowledge, maybe at the rental place

    No, the Truck in New Orleans wasn't a Tesla. It was a white Ford F-150 Lightening. Also, New Orleans was on New Years Eve and Las Vegas was on New Years Day. Both vehicles were rented from the same car sharing app and both drivers served together in the army.You're about as accurate as Pauliwog.
