I got a hypnosis track that lets me interact with my subconscious by building a bridge in the form of a subconscious advisor I can ask things. So I just tried it with the intention of meeting my animus and asked it how I can spend more time with him, because he's perfect. He said I can stay in my subconscious then he gave me a pearl ring, not a marriage proposal, but a type of anchor, so when I wear it I can stay with him in my subconscious and when I take it off I can go back to consciousness.
...I just asked Bing and it said it's dangerous to interact with an aspect of your psyche but wouldn't say why. That scene from a haunting of bly manor comes to mind as well of the kid getting trapped in his subconscious. But this isn't the same thing, and I don't know how to navigate this. Can anyone think of concerns?

Hypnosis is a form of the occult, and occult practices are not good for anyone. In fact, it is extremely dangerous to invite demons into your life.

I mean... you know not to trust fae and demons too. You're just ignoring the warnings. The AI is probably tapping into thousands of years of the same accumulated folkloric wisdom that you have access to when it says this is dangerous, but yeah, it's even dangerous according to modern medical practitioners. Yoga is also heavily tied to the occult. Same with astrology and horoscopes. It's just letting the demons know you want to play, and they're more than happy to oblige.
