it's about (potentially) transporting data instantaneously, not matter

data is made out of matter no?

    no

and the way they're experimenting with it at the moment requires that a conventional link sets the 'state', so it's not any faster than using lasers or fibre optics (ie. light) to transmit data. the way it currently works is that you use a fibre optic line to 'entangle' two distant particles so that when the spin direction is changed on one, it instantaneously changes on the other as well, so changing between left and right spin can be treated like a binary 0/1.

the practical benefit is that because the two particles are not (classically) physically linked in any way, there's no way for someone to intercept the data. because you still need a standard connection to entangle the two particles and create a state change the maximum speed is still limited by that

Does adding "Quantum" to the front change it from regular teleportation?

sounds like a bunch of BS to me.

what if nothing is teleporting and everything is all staying in the same place aND connected by sub planck strings

then if nothing moves, the connections don't have anything to do with it

If I tied a string between you and bradley and say ok, change places and you stay exactly where you are...then the string was irrelevant.

That's not what's happening through. The string is essential to all of this

Classical information about the measurement is sent to the location of the receiving particle.
State reconstruction: Using this information, the receiving particle's state is modified to match the original particle's state.

There is clearly information being sent via the string through like a tomato soup can phone type mechanism. The strings can stretch 1200km

This is made possible through quantum entanglement, a phenomenon where two or more particles become so interconnected that the state of one directly influences the other, no matter how far apart they are.

In April 2022, a groundbreaking study led by Dr. Jian-Wei Pan, a physicist at the University of Science and Technology of China, reported a new record in quantum teleportation distance. Using entangled photons, Pan and his team successfully transmitted quantum information over 1,200 kilometers via satellite.

The thing is, a particle can have more than just two states. It can left spin, it can right spin, but it can also quarter turn left, quarter turn right, half turn left, half turn right, and so forth. In fact, you can have the phantom particle in billions of different states. The trick is you have to be able to read the state of the phantom particle without actually observing its state. The moment you try to read its state, it disappears. The phantom particle can also REVERT its state backward in time, in order to avoid detection, if you try and circumvent its rule.

This phenomenon of the phantom particle reverting its state in transit while under observation was discovered when the observation device was put in FRONT of the double slit apparatus, instead of behind. It was expected an interference pattern would be detected AFTER the particles had fully travelled through the two slits, but the particles somehow managed to travel backward in time and behaved in a linear fashion. The interference pattern would only emerge if the particles were unobserved.

these retarded interpretations of the double slit experiment all come from people not understanding what's meant by 'observed'
