   Average house doesn't have A/C units and so when we do have an occasional 90-100 degrees (which is happening more often lately) it sucks for people who don't acclimate right away.
   
   I'v only seen it snow twice over the past 60 years I been on this planet. so it gets like 49 and foggy every night around the greater bay area or east bay. also Pacifica and Daly City (Coastal) it's foggy like 300 plus days out of the year for most of the day with maybe an hour sun break. but if you go over the hills of the east bay it's in the 90s and 100s months out of the year. North Bay too. going towards Napa it gets in the 90s most of the summer. sometimes 100-105

   Our summers are Indian Summers late Aug through most of September and October and sometimes into November.
   It got like 99-103 this year for a about 10 days straight. it happens. and more often lately. the hottest I remember the Bay Area getting in the 70s or 80s as a kid was maybe upper 80s to mid 90s. so there has been a shift in Nature
