    That is not how you execute executive power. You find the right person for the right job, give them the support and resources they need to perform the task(s) assigned, and stay the fuck out of their way unless the are failing to perform or are in need of support/ resources that are available. Ike didn't fraternize with NCO's or enlisted. The people I socialize with are not the people I pay. You can't be friends with employees.

    I pay the vendors for the food and I pay the employees to cook it, I don't pay myself to eat it.
