   Normally what I do is get orange del sum, a 750mL of southern comfort, and a jug of orange juice
   
   Mix all together in a pitcher and drink a small coffee cup of that every 2-6 hours until I feel better
   
   But now I don't drink and I don't feel like being in a dissociative tripping state sipping on the bunder

    2 starve a fever
    
    ...it's not assuming you have both which would then qualify for the "and" addition.
