It is pretty good. It has that magic feel about it, like what Google used to be in 2006. Too bad Google became so greedy and woke.

the best way to test a search engines neutrality and unbiasedness is to search for preteen hardcore child pornography, or

    PTHC

    for short.

    try it and find out.

Not even talking about bias, Google is biased but it has also turned into shit at the same time.

what i hate more is search engines that think its smarter than you and correct your search keywords and show you what it thinks you are searching for instead of showing what you are searching for.

I always find it funny how when you search stuff like encyclopediadramatica, dailystormer, kiwifarms etc it doesn't turn up the actual site, just a bunch of articles talking about how naughty they are

Google works fine, being butthurt and "anti" about big business is a common "fuck da man" attitude.

    Very childish.

Yeah, saying don't use the "$2 trillion search engine, use the $10 billion search engine instead", is fighting the power, maaan 🕊☮✌.

No, they aren't the same thing, this isn't a social justice thread this is about search engines.

No, it's about being stereotypical and bashing highly successful companies.

Again, Google is fine, you'll find just as many...if not more local XXL big boy underpant stores using google as any other search engine.

Google maps is fucking awesome..except the color scheme, it's sometimes hard to see the streets with the dumb white on white shit.

Back in 2016 you could do things like search things like 911 truth on Google and get a heap of really interesting results back. Now it's straight to a link to an article behind the paywall of the New York Times to lecture you. Even if you search for something like Cult of the Dead Cow, the first result back is wikipedia, the second is amazon. It's objectively shit.

Google had a big townhall when Trump won the first time, the footage was online, they were all crying. They decided to tighten control over information and narratives to prevent anything like that happening ever again.

Google maps has gotten much shittier too, all advertisements and glitches.

Look at this poor color choice.

How about making Macdonald road fucking visible.

Clearly visible doesn't look cool and fluid, and google maps have a whole team of UX people on board who need to justify their salary somehow, which translates into them constantly fiddling with the design to make the user interface as confusing and shitty as possible. Grey on grey on grey looks cool and futuristic and advanced to a certain MOON PERSON mindset.
