    Yahoo was probably the first to do video (though shitty 1fps) around 1998
    Yahoo chat was mostly audio chatting but then they tried to incorporate 1-3fps
    then later came Justin.tv and Stickam.

    tinychat is a joke. it's always having to much bandwidth issues and dropping cams
    poorly designed. and they want money for this piece of crap when justin and stickam were free with an upgrade to High video rates costing just a few bucks per month. tiny is just sad.
