   and this is why I love the bay area. Super steep hills to walk around. I can take a train into San Francisco and just walk up California and then around and walk up telegraph and then back down and there is a giant wooden staircase that you walk up and down a couple times which is a hell of a workout too. you can walk up Jones street to the top of Nob Hill and then walk down Lombard and do it again. I spend a few hours just walking through different districts to get a nice workout
   
   You can't do that shit in Wisconsin or Florida. maybe the panhandle has some steep hills but they only go up like 300 feet elevation tops. try 1500 in less than a mile and a half. I walk up Marin street in Berkeley which is super fucking steep.
