    Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust was pretty good. As usual, it seems western films made after it have "borrowed" elements of the film.
    
    It's like Akira inspiring a bunch of western films. Westerners like to borrow scifi concepts from anime.
    
    Anyway Vampire Hunter D was originally a novel series. I'd like to be able to read it in Japanese some day but I'm sure it's going to be pretty lit in English as well.
