so according to what I've been reading, the SK President is currently going through a bunch of scandals, many involving his wife lying about her credentials, plagiarising the thesis she wrote for her doctorate, getting involved in insider trading and political bribes etc.

there have been a bunch of protests relating to that, as well as against US bases and US military behaviour etc.

he's also been using their equivalent of the Justice Department to go after the opposition leader (I don't know the details of this), so in response the opposition and minor parties have been blocking the state budget, primarily forcing the removal of extra funding for the Justice Department and aid to Ukraine.

the President snapped, declared that all of this was the work of North Koreans, that the National Assembly were anti-Korea and declared martial law. it lasted about 4 hours before he called it off.

vassal korea has always been corrupt and the presidency has always been a tool for personal enrichment,

its just that this recent insurrection is the native koreans effort to rise up against their vassalhood.

South Koreans live and have more "westernized" lifestyles... so less "I've been working in the rice fields all my life" looking

interesting he goes into some detail about the masculine/chauvinist culture but nothing about extreme feminism or that weird goddess cult when talking about the men and womens' political ideologies being on opposite ends of the autism spectrum

I've noticed before families where the males will be resentful aspie MRA sorts and the women will be angry turbo-woke feminists.

Humanity is a binary species in which the genome is spread across two genders, it's kinda sad to think that people who can't interact with the other binary exist.
