meanwhile My day was super nice. Not a cloud in the sky after a week straight of heavy rain. they forecasted 62 degrees but it hit about 71. I just walked around Berkeley today, didn't see one Homeless person which is super abnormal. I think they all got place back into Hotels and housing
no smell of piss on the sidewalk. no poop
the downside is all the new High Rise student housing causes big shadows which don't provide much sun on Shattuck ave.
I miss the older village look that Berkeley used to have when I was growing up, up till about 3 years back. so many new highrise have been built.
Took care of business too.
