    any country with a 14 AOC is probably basing their law of the Catholic Code of Canon law which is why it tends to be European countries. Anything younger than that is most likely muslim which makes you a cultural dark skinned asian muslim like a paki or indonesian

    §2 The Episcopal Conference may establish a higher age for the lawful celebration of marriage.
    Bishops' conferences do not have the authority to lower the minimum age for marriage. The Code of Canon Law specifies that while a conference of bishops can establish a higher age for the licit celebration of marriage, it does not provide the option to set a lower age than what is already established by universal law
    . This is rooted in the principle that ecclesiastical laws bind those who have reached a certain age and possess the use of reason, which is set at a minimum of seven years. Therefore, the established minimum ages of sixteen for men and fourteen for women are the lowest permissible ages for valid marriage, and bishops' conferences can only increase these ages, not decrease them.

Canon law, we add, was meant to apply in a wide variety of cultures, including those in which 14-year-olds marry happily (just where that land is we leave to anthropologists to determine), and in any case, we note, boys cannot marry until they are 16. Obviously, not all questioners are satisfied with these replies.
