Satirical news publication The Onion has bought Infowars, the media organisation headed by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, for an undisclosed price at a court-ordered auction.

The Onion said that the bid was secured with the backing of families of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, who won a $1.5b (£1.18b) defamation lawsuit against Jones for spreading false rumours about the victims.

To the point I would talk to people about it and show people this long ass multi hour long video just like 9/11. I convinced a few people it was Obama-era gun control in action tot push legislation with a national tragedy
And despite what the court says I still believe it. -

If you actually research the details, you quickly begin to see the whole thing was staged with crisis actors. "Robbie Parker" alone proves that. No kids actually died. -

I doubt it since ocean side has the highest levels of oxygen and atmosphere over anything elevated. and most of Arizona is well above sea level. Only Death Valley is below sea level but even Las Vegas is 2500 feet above Sea Level so the air there is probably 99.5 percent what it is in San Francisco
Remember this is oxygen chart. only 21 percent of air is oxygen at sea level so its about 2 percent less oxygen in Las Vegas but about 10 percent less Atmospheric density

2024-11-20 at 5:24 AM UTCyou start to get light headed if you travel to a mountain near sea level (say Mt Diablo at 3600 feet above sea level) in a short period of time. You don't acclimate so fast. often people end up in ER especially if they have asthma or COPD and fly into Denver. on a plane the cabin is pressurized to the take off area. its why you have a layover in Denver from say LA you will be dizzy a bit and then you slowly acclimate to the new pressures.

2024-11-21 at 12:42 AM UTCI never been to Canada but I was super close to Toronto. near the Falls. back in 1982-83 near Buffalo. we took a ferry boat and they had quarter fed binoculars on it and I could see the C&N tower and the cityscape. wasn't that impressive back then though.
It looks almost identical to Seattle's Space Needle. but like 3 times taller. so it wasn't hard to see 30 miles away (or however far it is from the Buffalo area or Youngstown)
