I've mixed ⅅXM with every class of drugs, none of it was good. The only thing you can do is eat 4-8 benadryl and chug a grapefruit juice. There are no good drugs to mix it with and any of them will take away from a good pure bundy trip

it's not even fun to smoke weed while tripping on a high dose you don't even feel it and maybe it might make you puke less.

it does cross the blood brain barrier. the bio-availability of loperamide is 0.3%, only a percent of that 0.3% is able to make it past the BBB, and then p-glycoprotein in the brain pushes it back out, so you end up with very minute quantities able to stay in the brain, but since once in the brain it has around the potency of fentanyl, that is not a huge issue, as long as you take like 200mg+, and use p-glycoprotein inhibitors/ cyp3a liver enzyme inducers. im scratching my skin off rn and was almost nodding for 20 minutes so it definitely works, but i dont really consider it to be a worthwhile buzz

weed and dxm is a goated combo and i will not abide this slander. dxm does not mix well with just about anything else though, you're not wrong. i mean, i don't think opiates would be much more likely to kill you than they usually are (don't quote me on this though - high enough doses might exacerbate the respiratory depression issue to the detriment of your health), but it's totally true that pretty much every other kind of high finds itself in conflict with dxm. weed is like the only thing that is even remotely harmonious with the robotrip imho.

dxm is like... the shape of the high is... robust, but there's a glaring absence of warm and soulful psychedelia. it's crying out for some psychedelic accompaniment. there's a hole in the high where psychedelia would fit perfectly, but it's a small hole, and most psychedelics are too big to fill it. weed brings exactly what it needs to bring to the table, and nothing more. match made in heaven tbh.
