Um how is it inapplicable? (and it wasn't stated by anything with authority).

Treason, consorting with the enemy (which they did) is most definitely a court-martial qualifying event.

what they did that constituted 'treason' ?

They gleefully handed a terrorist organization, the Taliban, $60,000,000,000 worth of advanced military equipment and weaponry. If that isn't treason, nothing is.

They also met with the Taliban to negotiate their withdrawal and asked that the Taliban don't attack the withdrawing forces...that's consorting with the enemy.

I assume much dick sucking took place at the same time.

that benifited "american" companies and indirectly, "american" workers from multiple constituents greatly.

at worse thats a poor budgetry management,

    far from treasonous.

its not "consorting" with the enemy and if it was, its AFTER trump, their commander in mischief have consorted with the tallybunnies to surrender and withdraw,

theyre are just coordinating with the tallybunnies to withdraw as per their commanders order.

??? who the fuck mentioned Trump???

The consorting took place immediately before the withdrawal...the general who did so was consorting and so treasonous.

its not their decision to withdraw.

trumpf was the one who consorted with the tallybunnies to withdraw in 2019.

Trump negotiated but delayed the withdrawal. He didn't want the humiliation of running away from Afghanistan during his first term.

Biden actually did the withdrawal, way over due. It went about as cleanly as could have been hoped for.

The footage of Afghans trying to hitch rides on planes to the west, then falling off was interesting.

    AFTER trump...different negotiations dummy.

The QUICK withdrawal by the Biden administration was AHEAD of that that was negotiated by the Trump administration...the general in charge re-met with the Taliban and "begged" them to let them leave without incident...that's consorting with the enemy to bypass the previously negotiated deal...

If I cut a deal and all parties agree, and then someone comes up behind me and renegotiates that deal which puts people and materials at a greater risk, that's treasonous consorting with the enemy.

They handed a known terrorist organization, which is a self-professed enemy of America, 60 BILLION dollars in advanced equipment and weaponry. The definition of treason.

This is the ending credit of the 1988 American movie 'Rambo 3', in which Sylvester Stallone goes to Afghanistan to help the Mujaheddin against Soviet Russia.
After 9/11 in 2001, the ending credit was later changed to "the gallant people of Afghanistan."
