Clearly this problem could be fixed by increasing taxes and having the government use profit incentives to give back to our #FreeDumb fighters. Do you ever wonder how many people just say "fuck it" and buy them from Amazon instead? I wonder how much of that money goes back to the people it was meant for in the first place

oh look the market solved another problem, woops

It says on google you can find them at tim hortons. I don't remember ever seeing a box and I usually go there at least once a month.

You don't actually have to wear one to contribute to the various associated charities...the wearing of one is really just a "look at me, I'm thoughtful" move.

Cut out the middle man and make a direct donation.

Wearing poppies is sacred to me as I believe all psychoactive plants are holy. It's only natural that they became the symbol of white warriors

I remember they used to sell these in front of the grocery store when I was a kid. I think my mother used to buy them sometimes.

Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day owing to the tradition of wearing a remembrance poppy) is a memorial day observed in Commonwealth member states since the end of the First World War to honour armed forces members who have died in the line of duty. The day is also marked by war remembrances in several other non-Commonwealth countries. In most countries, Remembrance Day is observed on 11 November to recall the end of First World War hostilities. Hostilities ended "at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month" of 1918, in accordance with the armistice signed by representatives of Germany and the Entente between 5:12 and 5:20 that morning.

They died for our freedom, and now look down on us shaking their heads asking what the fuck.
