It's just booze. It's a shitty high but better than being sober I guess. I remember in 2008 the economy was really bad and the homeless kept stealing listerine and chugging it in the alley, it was littered with empty bottles and named "Listerine Alley"
everyones mom that just got out of rehab always drinks all the mouthwash EVERY FUCKING TIME. It's also easy to lie to children "I just drink this so I don't smell like alcohol!"
