    400 puffs per is laughably small. Most E-Cigs are in the ~5,000 range. This looks really overpriced and overmarketed for what it is.

    It's not if you're not meant to exceed 10 puffs a day.

    I spend £50 a month on research chemicals for energy, and around £70 a month on energy drinks, so if these inhalers work they'll be worth it.

    It might say that, but again, that's just marketing. A monster energy drink has about 200mgs of caffiene. By that logic, you would need to concentrate the caffiene to about 20/mg/puff, but thats not how ecigs work. The caffiene is dilluted in a liquid, and most of these so called "caffiene inhalers" are using a blend of 50-200/mg/ml... with a 2 ml tank, meaning that in 200 puffs there's about 1mg of caffiene in each puff, at the high end.
    So again, you probably shouldn't waste the $40.
