It's the "only game in town" effect folx if you are the only one selling something in a market or there is only 1 other person it becomes VERY easy to undercut them. The cost to manufacture one of those boards including all component + labor is less than $1000 which means some Chinese nerd is making a KILLING because nobody else in the west is doing this
and they will charge you $200 shipping and it will take a month to arrive with zero customer service. It's not hard to compete with that, but most people don't bother because it's such a small niche market and there are much easier ways to make money. Only an idiot would work hard and honestly to make money these days which is why the Chinese are so good at it

If you work for yourself and get a good clientele from a upper class neighborhood you can do pretty well
