add navigation buttons to footer

   when a thread gets super long i don't like having to scroll all the way back up to the top header to press the navigation buttons. i submit a PR to add the nav buttons to the footer right above the github link. this would be extremely simple to implement and should not take more then 5 minutes unless theres a retard behind the wizards glass.
