Do you think this is a placebo effect?

I have taken DHEA before (it's an ingredient in OTC dick pills). Basically your body converts it into other hormones. It could be testosterone, or estrogen, and I think cortisol and shit too. With dick pills obviously the idea would be testosterone.

I have always taken it before workouts. I just started it again after being off of it a while and I feel like there is a difference. But also, knowing it could raise my estrogen, not wanting to get tits or become a compulsive liar, it's incentive to push myself harder.

There are studies but none using it before workouts. I would think that would be obvious if you wanted to increase testosterone. I thought about before bed too because you produce it while you sleep but figured that's too long of a period of time.

No, DHEA cannot turn someone into a femboy.

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone naturally produced by the body that can be converted into both androgens (male sex hormones) and estrogens (female sex hormones). While it's true that changes in hormone levels can influence certain physical characteristics, DHEA's effects are not strong enough to cause a complete transformation in gender expression.

Being a femboy is about adopting a specific style and gender expression, which is a personal choice unrelated to hormone levels.

It's important to be respectful of individual choices and avoid making assumptions about someone's gender identity or expression based on their physical appearance or hormone levels.
