   Folks I have recently switched from drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day to only 1 cup of coffee a day and a diet mountain dew. I still get wired just the same but I don't shit my brains out, and I need that combination of circumstances for my fast-paced job.

   On topic I drink like 3 cups of coffee a day and an energy drink, then I also drink a cup of espresso if I feel like it.
   
   As for soda I don't consume much of it be cause I heard its bad for u but when I do like I coke zero or diet coke
