always someone unpure has to fuck up a good thing. in the 90s and before 9/11, the Internet was so magical.
even after 2001 the Internet was generating serious New Wealth and of course most were young people with the "Trust no one over 30 Beatles rule"
had they hired older people to manage their startup money it would have prevented wasted dollars on "down time sleep rooms" and paid off the clock when you haz tummy ache. just a massive abuse of wealth. one common theme I learned about was "Decadence Parties in Vegas" where lots of crazy sex and 1950s swinger parties and even orgies which of course lead to #METOO after women were fired. they would talk about "Being sexually abused' when they themselves did the sexual advancements.

I miss not having the internet or cell phones...when no mother fucker could email or call you when you were trying to have a quiet pint in the pub or an actual vacation day without some twat bugging you about work stuff.

I fondly remember it but don't miss it, mainly due to crappy Internet and living with family (although I do miss that more). I rather in the now and make better memories. 2005 era was just a stepping stone. Although I do miss some of the nice members who mentored me and helped me.
