    When I go to the downloads folder on my phone and search "mp3" usually it's just hypnosis tracks that show up. Now there's stuff from the old AOL like that "you've got mail" sound. There's also stuff from Slack. I don't think I have AOL anything downloaded on this phone. Why would these just show up in my downloads folder all of a sudden when I haven't even accessed Slack in months?

    I have a vague memory of downloading the old AOL sounds and emotes but that was in 2018, before I had this phone.

    Do you have an iPhone? I've heard stories like that from Apple customers before - cloud storage randomly syncing.

    It's either that, ghosts from the 1990s, or a spooky hacker playing mind games with you.

    I used to have iPhones. Not using one now.
