    HERE'S HOW

    Web3 has some problems.

    As of today:

-Users still verify collections with centralized platforms like OpenSea

-There is a lack of social scores

    -Custodial wallets are still dominant

-Voting rights go to the highest bidder

-There is a lack of incentives to encourage community engagement

-A single user within a DAO can have multiple wallets to accrue voting power

Additionally, Web3 today centers around expressing transferable, financialized assets, rather than encoding social relationships of trust.

Yet, many core economic activities are built on persistent, non-transferable relationships.
    However, there is a solution.

Soulbound tokens, and “Souls” have the potential to change everything.

These two models layout the framework for a decentralized society existing solely on-chain.

Let’s go over each of these terms..

Soulbound tokens are non-transferable tokens that are revocable by the issuer.

SBTs can be used to represent commitments to projects, real world credentials, certificates, & much more.

It’s an easy way to bring off-chain attestations to Ethereum.

    Next, we have “Souls”.

A Soul is an account or wallet that holds one or more SBTs.

The various SBTs stored within a Soul can can be used to form one’s Web3 identity.

    https://poap.xyz/

With these two primitives, we can form a society centered around native web3 identities with rich composability.

The future vision of Ethereum described in this paper involves small, incremental advances in the use cases of SBTs..These steps are referred to as “The Stairway to a Decentralized Society”, which consist of the following:

    -Establishing provenance

    -Unlocking undercollateralized lending with reputation

    -Enabling decentralized key management

    -Compensating coordinated strategic behavior

    -Measuring decentralization

-Creating novel markets with decomposable, shared rights & permissions

there are lots of Jeff Hunters in the bay area. 3 in Walnut Creek (one being our Jeff) and 2 who both are Attorneys (probably son and father)

there is a Capt Jeff Hunter who looks like a thinner version of our Jeff hunter who is the police of Sunnyvale (or a neighboring city there of)

Jeffs Mom is Mayor Hunter (former) of Saratoga California (Silicon Valley). I already knew about that one.

Alice was never Jeffs wife, that was a Joke. It was his Aunt or Sister who was studying to become a doctor in which she became and worked at Walnut Creek-John Muir Hospital. Head of ER for a time. retired and moved to the east coast as did Jeff.

Same facial and speech behavior of Jeff at the Dreamforce speech. Seems like they could be cousins or relatives

outside of the hairline and weight and aging part, they could be mistaken for the same person. chewing their syllable's as they speak (common Californian thing). Perhaps they're related. Sunnyvale is a few cities over from Saratoga where Jeff said he grew up. his mom was Mayor Jill Hunter.

this gets more interesting but then I forget all about it.

also we iliminated Jeff J. Hunter as the Jeff because of Age. he would of been 6 years old in 1989 when &TOTSE was formed.

The Totse board was a heavily modified version of Ultimate BBS. The server was stored underneath Jeff's bed on a x386 box.

Ah so Jeff Hunter would've been 4 years old in 1989, that makes perfect sense!!!

Most up and coming BBS forums were often run by young children.

Jeff was late in this development. he joined after it was created at Berkeley's CS lab in the earlier 80s. He didn't join until 89.

    Rules of this echo:7778866636969696969

    * Nothing can be off-topic in this echo since there
is no topic. However, if there is a far more *appropriate*
echo for your subject, take your message there.
    * Don't take things to seriously.
    * If you are intoxicated at any time, you MUST call the
closest NIRVANAnet(tm) BBS and post a message in this
echo AT ONCE, just to let everyone know how great you feel.
    * Post the morning after too.
    * Remember that if you stay intoxicated, you will never have
    a hangover.
    * Stay intoxicated. That is, stay intoxicated if you already are
intoxicated, and if you are not already intoxicated, then get
intoxicated! Unless, of course, you don't want to.
    * Tri two spel thngs kerectly whin posybell.
    * Messages pertaining to, or encouraging, illegal activities,
including, but not limited to, hacking, "phreaking," and software
piracy, are tolerated as long as there isn't something illegal in
them, but really, that stuff is generally too goddamn boring anyway.
    * "Flaming" of other participants is discouraged. Please be
tolerant of others' views and opinions, no matter how much they
differ from your own. Unless someone really pisses you off or
something -- then fry'm IN THE FLAME ECHO!
    * Real names are discouraged. If, however, you ABSOLUTELY MUST
use your real name, then sign your messages using your handle.
    * ANSI graphics prohibited, because they won't get through the
    Gateway anyway.
    * Unsolicited advertisements of any kind, including BBS
advertisements are boring. This ain't the "want ads" echo.
    * Sysops carrying this echo must change the name of the echo
frequently and without warning, otherwise the users might figure
    out what is going on.
    * If you can't think of anything nice to say, say something confusing.
    * Disregard these rules.

In addition, please follow these conventions when posting messages:

    * Use English if you can't think of a better language.
    * Please use as much foul language as possible.
    * When specifying phone numbers, remember that this conference is
broadcast all over the universe, so please include area codes.
    * Don't tell someone that they're posting a message in the wrong
area unless you're a NN sysop, otherwise NN will start to
resemble a topic-enforcer hellnet. If the people who provide
the net's workings don't care that a message is off-topic, why
    should you?
    * Use upper and lower case if your computer is capable of so doing.
Normal usage is easier to read, and using all upper case is
generally considered to be SHOUTING, which, of course, is rude.
However, ultimately, nobody gives a flying fuck.

If anyone is found breaking one or more of the conference rules, punitive
actions will be taken. These can range from a simple warning to, in extreme
cases, branding with a hot iron and heavy flogging.

These rules will be posted once in awhile, maybe.
